The Governors of Bank View School are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Head of School to lead our Fazakerley site, working under the direction of the Principal. • Develop a rich, well-planned curriculum , supporting students to overcome barriers to learning

• Champion personalised interventions , fostering students’ confidence and belief in their success

• Bring expertise in nurture and trauma-informed practice , ensuring a compassionate approach

• Demonstrate agile leadership and strong emotional intelligence , working effectively with staff at all levels

• Understand the safeguarding duties required in special school settings
