Our spacious home has a team of talented, highly-skilled, professionals and provides person-centred residential care for older people, including those living with dementia. The facilities available within the home are designed to enable residents to be as independent as possible, with the benefit of 24 hour care support provided around the clock by fully trained, kind and compassionate carers, delivering their services with the utmost dignity and respect. Our sociable amenities, for residents to enjoy, include a variety of comfortable lounges and dining the private bedrooms are fully-furnished, all with en-suite facilities, and residents are able to bring their own home accessories and furniture, to personalise their room and make it their own space their home. About the role: As a Care Assistant with Kathryn Homes, you'll join a dedicated team united by a profound desire to positively impact the lives of our residents. About The Role About you: We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out. We do not offer sponsorship for this role . Required Criteria Right to work in the UK. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A good standard of oral and written English. A non-judgemental approach to others. Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Respectful to not only residents but the values and beliefs of other team members. Desired Criteria Educated to QCF/ NVQ Level 2 is desirable, but not essential. Previous experience in Health and Social Care preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided.
