Sales Development Representative
Location: Normanton
Role Objective
As a Sales Development Representative , you will play a key role in driving new business growth by proactively engaging with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and prospect engagement
- Clearly articulate value proposition, features and benefits
- Build strong relationships and deliver a customer-first approach
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the product range
- Effectively negotiate win-win commercial outcomes
- Achieve or exceed sales, gross profit and margin targets
- Consistently meet or exceed all KPI metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support targeted sales activity

- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential

- Resilient and confident in handling objections and challenges
- Growth mindset with transferable skills and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask across systems (CRM, web tools, etc.) in a fast-paced environment
