Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an experienced CDx Global Strategic Marketing Director to lead global commercialization strategy for companion diagnostic products. This senior role involves developing launch strategies, partnering with pharma companies, and driving market adoption across oncology diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead global commercialization strategy for CDx products aligned with business and partner objectives
- Serve as primary strategic marketing lead and commercial contact for pharma partners during planning and execution
- Collaborate with product management to connect CDx strategy and lifecycle management across regions
- Monitor launch performance, partner satisfaction, and market adoption; translate insights into recommendations
- Establish scalable launch frameworks and process improvements to enhance commercialization effectiveness
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategic marketing, product management, or commercialization within CDx programs
- Demonstrated success leading global CDx launches with pharma partner engagement
- Subject matter expertise in companion diagnostics, IVD, oncology diagnostics, or biomarker-based testing
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in matrix environments
- Strong track record collaborating with pharma and executing launches across multiple markets
