The Opportunity A "Good" rated primary school in Barnet with a focus on creative arts is looking for a proactive School Receptionist. The school employs a small, friendly team where everyone "mucks in" to support each other, creating a very positive and low-stress working environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Front Desk: Welcoming all visitors and ensuring they follow the school’s safeguarding sign-in procedures.
Clerical Support: Providing general administrative assistance to teaching staff, including laminating, filing, and photocopying.
Pupil Care: Assisting students who arrive late or need to be collected early for appointments.
Environment: Keeping the reception and lobby area tidy, informative, and welcoming for all visitors.
