Supporting students in developing critical thinking and independent study skills
Monitoring and assessing student progress

Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have strong subject knowledge in Psychology
Be confident teaching A-Level
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Be passionate about post-16 education and student success
Work effectively within a collaborative and high-performing department
