Working as part of a crew, you will drive LGV waste collection vehicles, collecting and emptying bins, boxes and bags from householders and carrying out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking.

This is a physically demanding role, and you’ll need to be comfortable with early starts in the morning and happy working outside all year round and in all weathers. This is a great job if you like to work using your own initiative and leading teams, in the outdoors, carrying out a role where you can make a difference to the local environment and communities.
