The Construction Solicitor will be:* Advising on a broad range of non contentious construction matters
* Drafting and negotiating standard form construction contracts including JCT, NEC, IChemE and FIDIC * Working with developers, contractors, employers and subcontractors across major projects * Assisting with construction disputes and contentious matters where required * Working closely with colleagues across commercial property and wider teams * Advising clients across retail, education, transport, energy, utilities, water and power sectors * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Working on business development initiatives and networking opportunities- * Working alongside construction specialists within a growing team
