Senior Insight Analyst

About The Role

Join the RAC as a Senior Insight Analyst and play a key role in supporting performance and decision-making across our growing acquisition team.

Working across digital, data, marketing and commercial teams, you'll turn complex information into actionable insight that helps drive acquisition.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and influence decisions through digital analysis and data-driven thinking.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial impact. We're looking for someone who's analytical, curious and confident communicating with stakeholders, with the ability to turn data into meaningful business stories.

What you'll do

• Analyse website performance, and collaborate on enhancements to our website
• Lead insight and analytics projects across the acquisition team
• Analyse customer, operational and marketing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Design, build and maintain scalable MI and reporting solutions
• Develop automated reporting processes that improve efficiency and support decision-making
• Work closely with digital, marketing and commercial teams to embed data-driven thinking
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide a complete view of performance
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for stakeholders
• Challenge assumptions using evidence-based insight
• Support continuous improvement across reporting and analytics capability

What you'll need

• Experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to generate actionable insight
• Experience working within an Insight, Analytics or Commercial Reporting role
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analysing data within Snowflake
• Experience building, maintaining and automating MI and reporting solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience translating complex data into clear recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
• A curious and proactive approach to solving business challenges
• Experience with Python would be advantageous but not essential

Location & Salary

Location: Hybrid 2 days in the Bradley Stoke, Bristol office & 3 remote.

Salary: Aligns with market and experience + 10% annual bonus
