We also advise on air quality, noise and vibration, health impact assessments, and community and social impact assessments.

Role Description

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic team players with a desire to join a well-established and respected environmental consultancy.

Working alongside our team of experienced and knowledgeable environmental consultants, you will play a key role in the delivery of a diverse range of ecological and environmental based projects.

The role will typically include:

  • Assisting with large-scale protected species field surveys across the UK (particularly bats)
  • Undertaking data consultations and reviewing biological records
  • Assisting with extended Phase 1 habitat surveys
  • Pre-survey preparation
  • Field recording, data entry and input of survey data
  • Drafting environmental reports

Essential Criteria

  • Undertaking a MSc in a relevant subject
  • The Ability to work away from home as / when required to undertake surveys as part of a field team (all expenses paid)
  • Full driving licence

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of ecological surveys
  • GIS experience
  • Experience of bat analysis software
