Graduate Primary School Teaching Assistant - Crewe

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-3:30pm Please note, you must hold a relevant Degree to be considered for this role. We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Crewe area. Your Responsibilities * Supporting pupils across the primary age range
* Assisting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
* Supporting children who may require additional learning support
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
* Preparing and organising classroom resources
* Supporting pupils during break and lunch periods where required
* Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Helping create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and committed to helping them reach their full potential. You will be: * Experienced in or passionate about working with children
* A confident and effective communicator
* Patient, caring, and approachable
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and professional
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils
* Comfortable working as part of a wider school team
* Committed to supporting children's academic and personal development Previous experience working within a primary school, nursery, childcare, SEN, or youth setting would be advantageous, although applications from candidates with transferable experience are also welcomed.
