Production Operative

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join my client based in Hartlepool. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team setting, and is committed to meeting production targets.
Duties
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble products and components in line with specifications
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Package finished goods ready for storage or dispatch
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any faults
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE
- Work towards daily production targets and deadlines
- Support other areas of the business when needed
Rate:
- £12.71 - £13.71ph
Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 3 shift rotation - days/backs/nights
- Full time only
