The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, customer service driven Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential estates and deliver top-tier service. This is more than just a job—it’s your chance to fast-track into an Estate Manager role her at Encore! What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll ensure that all policies and procedures are applied to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing Financials : Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, and conduct regular financial reviews to maintain the financial health of each estate.
Maintenance Oversight : Implement planned and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring all site inspections, contractor management, and health & safety regulations are adhered to.
Stakeholder Communication : Lead meetings with residents and directors, draft professional correspondence, and resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.
Major Works : Oversee major works programs, tender contracts, and ensure all assets and insurance claims are effectively managed.
What You’ll Bring:
Qualifications :
TPI Part 1 or other property qualifications desirable.
Experience :
3+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in property, estate, or customer management.
Budget and financial control experience, with some knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
Skills :
Strong time management, project management, and delegation skills.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a knack for financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Qube is a plus.

The salary banding for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
