Operating within a progressive global framework, they are seeking a dynamic and accountable Operations and Client Services Team Lead to join their Unit Linked Operations department. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of day-to-day team delivery, coach high-performing technicians, and oversee critical operational and compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Direction: Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture while managing day-to-day workloads.
• Operations Oversight: Lead the delivery of Operations and Client Services, ensuring all transaction processing, client servicing, and administrative activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed service standards.
• Compliance & Operational Controls: Oversee operational controls to ensure strict compliance with both regulatory and internal requirements.
• Workflow & Quality Monitoring: Actively monitor workflow and quality outcomes, identify operational trends, resolve emerging issues, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
• Escalation Management: Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational and risk matters, applying seasoned problem-solving skills to mitigate risk.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with customers, financial intermediaries, and key stakeholders through effective communication.
• Change Initiatives: Contribute proactively to business change initiatives and system enhancements to optimize departmental efficiency.

• Proven Industry Experience: Solid professional background within the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of operational control environments and client servicing.
