What We're Looking for in a Tax Recruiter:
✅ Experienced recruiters - ideally from Finance (Practice or C&I), but we are open to those with strong recruitment backgrounds in other sectors
✅ The ability to build and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates
✅ Someone who is driven, competitive, and wants to be the best - with our commission structure, you'll reap the rewards
