HVAC Engineer
HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare – West London – up to £45,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance. Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
- Finding and fixing faults
- Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
- Installing HVAC components
- Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
- Providing technical support to engineers on site
- Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
- 08:00am – 17:00pm
- Up to £45,000 per annum
- Overtime available
- 25 days holiday + BH
- Company Pension
Requirements :
- Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications
- Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- F - Gas 2079
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS
- Not necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs.
