Job Type : Full-Time
Salary : £26,520 - £28,500 OTE per annum and including uncapped weekly bonus
Hours : 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with overtime opportunities available post-training.
Ideal Candidate :
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing a diverse workload. A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality results are essential. Familiarity with computerized systems for processing orders and managing inventory is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance : Maintain the quality of our services to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Machine Operation : Proficiently operate and maintain all dry cleaning and commercial laundry machines, including steam presses. Ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally and addressed promptly when issues arise.
- Communication Skills : While the role isn't directly customer-facing, you will be responsible for communicating professionally with teammates and customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
