As a result, our academies have improved year on year and all academies are currently at least Good from an Ofsted rating, with some individual areas rated Outstanding.
Our values of Togetherness and Belonging, Advocacy and Empowerment, and Excellence and Innovation are more than words, they are the foundation of our culture. We believe we are stronger together, that everyone deserves a genuine sense of belonging and that by removing barriers and championing opportunity, we can help individuals realise their potential and achieve more than they thought possible.
