Operations Business Performance Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Business Performance Analyst to enhance our operational efficiency and drive performance improvements. In this role, you will analyse business processes, identify areas for optimisation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales performance, margins and profitability across the business.
• Develop, maintain and enhance KPI dashboards and management reporting tools.
• Conduct cost analysis and variance reporting to support operational decision-making.
• Monitor business trends and provide performance insights and recommendations.
• Support data governance activities, ensuring ERP master data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Assist with business reviews and performance evaluation processes.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and reporting requirements.
• Produce and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Prepare weekly business performance reports.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Support the creation and maintenance of executive dashboards.
• Provide analytical support for business review meetings.
• Maintain and update master data within SAP.
• Assist with operational reporting and administrative activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• 3 to 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with large datasets and business performance metrics.
• Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Korean.
• Experience working within a multicultural or international business environment.
