Join a RICS Chartered multi-disciplinary consultancy, you will manage cost management commissions across commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, heritage, community and residential projects, with a clear progression route towards Associate level. Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial enquiry through to final account
- Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and procurement advice
- Administer contracts and commercial reporting processes
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors
- Deliver quantity surveying services on projects up to £40 million
- MRICS qualified or eligible via the experienced route
- Minimum two years' post-qualification quantity surveying experience
- Consultancy or PQS background preferred
- Experience preparing cost plans and tender documentation
- Ability to manage projects independently
- £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary
- Discretionary bonus scheme

- Progression towards Associate level
