Re-Mortgage Fee Earner

Re-Mortgage Fee Earner / Lawyer required for established high street practice based in Burgess Hill.

This is a new role in the property department acting exclusively for two of the firms lender clients dealing with their residential re-mortgage cases.

You will be expected to manage a full caseload of re-mortgage files through to completion, working towards completion targets and providing clients with a fast, efficient and high-quality service throughout.

Individuals will be expected to carry out a title investigation and searches, identification checks, obtain redemption statements for every charge affecting the property, check mortgage offers and progress cases through to completion.

You will be liaising with clients, borrowers and mortgage advisers keeping all parties informed. Candidates must be IT literate and he comfortable working to deadlines
