Schools, Care Homes & Contract Catering | ⏰ Mostly Mon–Fri, Daytime Shifts
Constellation is recruiting reliable Cleaners for casual and temporary roles across schools, care homes, and contract catering sites, working in line with Compass Group standards. We offer a mix of short-term assignments and ongoing opportunities, ideal for candidates seeking flexible, weekday daytime work.
What we offer:
- Predominantly Monday to Friday, daytime shifts
- Casual and temporary contracts, with some ongoing placements
- Work within education, care, and contract catering environments

The role:
- Cleaning kitchens, dining areas, wash-up areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in line with Compass standards
- Following health & safety, COSHH, and hygiene procedures
- Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Supporting site teams to maintain a clean and safe environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Experience in schools, care homes, or contract catering (an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
- DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of basic health & safety and hygiene standards
