Job Title: Breakfast & After School Activity Leader
Location : Tiger Primary, 89 Boughton Ln, Maidstone ME15 9QP
Hours : Monday - Friday 7:30am - 8:45am & 3:15pm - 6pm (friday 5:30pm)
Pay : Up to £12.71 per hour
Contract : Casual Contract

At Junior Adventures Group , we’re not just childcare, we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you'll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11.
This role is split shift , meaning you'll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
- Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome .
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
- Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
- Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm , perfect for work-life balance or those seeking part-time fun!
- Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.

What we’re looking for:
- Someone who loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude
- A creative thinker who knows how to turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience
- A team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group
- Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential, personality goes a long way!)
