As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support marketing activity across a range of service lines and sectors, delivering campaigns, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and helping to raise the firm’s profile and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across key business areas.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop marketing plans and activity.
- Create engaging content across digital, social, email and web channels.
- Translate technical subject matter into clear and compelling messaging.
- Work closely with PR, events and business development teams on integrated campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements using data and insights.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Requirements
- B2B marketing experience within professional services ideally accounting, advisory or legal.
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using digital marketing tools, CMS platforms and Google Analytics.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads is advantageous.
- Financial services or regulated sector experience would be beneficial.
