The role of Social Media Manager:
The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and leading Club L London’s global campaign and social strategy, managing and overseeing the social and content team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Director, you will help define overall strategy while delivering best-in-class campaign rollouts across all social touchpoints, maximising reach, engagement, and impact, and driving the Club L brand vision forward.
Immersed in social trends, fashion, and platform innovation, you will continuously develop fresh, creative ideas that keep Club L industry-leading. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate clearly. With a creative, solution-focused mindset, you will engage in cultural conversations, respond quickly to trends, and use social listening to gain deeper audience insight.
Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager:
- Develop and lead Club L London's global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Plan and execute social-first content strategies aligned with campaigns, events and key trading moments.
- Own the social content calendar, ensuring consistent, premium brand-aligned storytelling across all channels.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Events, & Brand teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Social Media team, providing clear direction, feedback and support to drive high performance, creativity and professional growth.
- Monitor channel performance, analyse insights and optimise content strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates and cultural moments to keep Club L at the forefront of social.
What Club L is looking for…
Required:
- Proven experience managing social media for a premium fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand.
- A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Highly strategic, with the ability to translate brand objectives into engaging social campaigns.
- Excellent creative judgement with a strong eye for premium visual content.
- Commercially minded, with experience using performance data to inform creative decisions.
- Passionate about fashion, culture and emerging social trends.
- Exceptional organisation and project management skills.
- Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
Beneficial:
- Experience planning and directing content for international shoots and brand events.
- Experience using social management and reporting platforms such as Agorapulse, Dash Hudson or similar.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC and creator partnerships.
- Experience briefing photographers, videographers and content creators.
- Confidence presenting insights, strategies and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
