Fabulous opportunity for a Private Client Senior Associate ,to join an established approachable law firm based in Colchester.
The Firm
Our client is a highly respected high – street practice with multiple offices in Essex. The firm is friendly and has a supportive working environment , the Private Client team pride themselves on being professional and approachable.
The Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Private Client team in Colchester. The position would suit an ambitious, confidant fee earner used to working autonomously with strong people and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be handling a range of Private Client matters relating to.
- Non – taxable and taxable Estates, high value Estates of £1 million +
- Private Client fee earning work including , drafting Wills and LPA’s,
- Experience of Court of Protection work and application for Deputyships non- essential but preferred
- Experience of registration and administration of Trusts desirable
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor 4-6 year’s PQE
- Previous Private Client experience
- Ability to communicate with a range of clients including elderly clients
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Enhanced career progression and management responsibilities, fast track to partnership for the right person
