Warehouse Administrator

Overview

Gravity Personnel are currently recruiting for Warehouse Administratorsto join our client based in Didcot.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering stable, full-time hours on a temp to perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing orders and updating warehouse management systems.
• Producing delivery notes, labels and shipping documentation.
• Liaising with warehouse operatives, drivers and transport teams.
• Booking deliveries and coordinating stock movements.
• Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
• Responding to emails and telephone enquiries.
• General administrative duties to support the warehouse operation.
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous administration experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Warehouse experience
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a team.

Shift Patterns available:

• Sunday – Thursday | 6:00am – 2:00pm – Fixed shift Pattern
• Sunday – Thursday | 2:00pm – 10:00pm – Fixed shift Pattern

Pay Rates:

• AM Shift:£14.81 per hour
• PM Shift:£14.81 per hour 2:00pm-6:00pm & 15% uplift for 6:00pm-10:00pm
