Berry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager for a leading construction business in Cornwall.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the design process across a range of commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on care homes, hotels, and healthcare developments .
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager
- Strong commercial construction background
- Experience delivering care home, hotel, and healthcare projects
- Excellent technical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work between office and project sites across Cornwall
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE + Package
