Help Desk Administrator
We’re hiring: Help Desk Administrator
WhyteMatter Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a busy facilities management team. If you enjoy keeping work organised, helping customers and supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll log and allocate work, track progress across multiple contracts, respond to client queries, prepare reports and support accounts, tenders and general office administration.
You’ll need strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
A competitive package and training are offered, with flexible working arrangements open for discussion.
