Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading international law firm in London. We are seeking an exceptional planning lawyer to join our renowned team.
About the Role:
- Work on a broad range of planning matters, including development proposals, strategic land promotion, and infrastructure projects.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients, including developers, landowners, and local authorities.
- Draft and negotiate planning agreements, develop planning strategies, and handle planning appeals.
- Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and other professionals within the team.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest planning law developments and best practices.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE in planning law.
- Strong academic background in law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for planning law and a desire to develop a successful career in this area.
