At the forefront of national security, Roke is a trusted partner delivering mission-critical solutions that protect the UK and its interests.  We are seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for solving complex problems, shaping strategic outcomes, and driving transformation in high-stakes environments. This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Big Data, and Digital Transformation - helping to shape the future of national security. What You’ll Be Doing: Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements.Translate complex business needs into clear, concise documentation and user stories.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to shape innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.Contribute to business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure traceability of requirements through the delivery lifecycle.Support bids and proposals, bringing insight and clarity to client challenges. What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for individuals with a blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for national security. Rated excellent for sustainability by BREEAM & Fitwel certified – you’ll feel better for visiting. This site provides key links to our customers in London, is a 5-minute walk from the train station, has secure parking nearby and dedicated cycle storage. Romsey - You’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring. There is an expectation that a proportion of your time may be spent working on client sites in the London area. Clearance This role requires candidates to hold valid DV clearance.   If you don’t currently hold DV clearance, but do meet the eligibility criteria, we’d love you to explore other engineering opportunities.
