**About the Role**

* We are looking for an experienced **Project Administrator / Work Order Support** professional to join one of our UK-based construction clients. This role focuses on supporting **day-to-day project operations through work order management, project administration, and coordination across internal teams.**
* The ideal candidate has a **construction industry background** (not property management), strong administrative skills, and is confident communicating with clients over the phone. As part of the role, you'll also support **client-facing communications using a UK direct-dial phone system.**

**Responsibilities**

* Manage and track work orders from creation through completion
* Provide administrative support to project and operations teams
* Maintain project documentation, records, and reports
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure work orders are processed efficiently
* Update project schedules, spreadsheets, and progress trackers
* Handle client calls regarding work orders, project updates, and scheduling
* Prepare reports and monitor project data using Excel
* Assist with general project coordination and operational support

**Requirements**

* **5+ years experience in** **project administration, work order support, or construction administration**
* **Construction industry experience is essential**
* Experience managing work orders and supporting project operations
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and data management
* Excellent spoken and written English with confidence speaking directly to UK clients
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience using **Procore** and/or **Microsoft Project**
* Experience supporting construction projects for UK or international clients
* Familiarity with construction documentation, project workflows, and contractor coordination.

**This role is NOT SUITABLE for candidates whose experience is primarily in:** Property Management, Real Estate Administration, Lettings, and Airbnb or Short-Term Rental Management.

* Hourly Rate: Between $6.00 and $8.00, USD payments via Wise
