My client is a highly rated, sustainable housebuilder experiencing exciting expansion, offering a Sales Advisor position where you'll guide buyers through one of life's most important decisions in a genuinely varied, customer-focused role.

As a Sales Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to be at the heart of beautiful developments, welcoming and engaging prospective buyers with expert advice on homes and lifestyle offerings. You'll conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of the developments, manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently from initial enquiry through to key handover, and stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support buyers in making informed decisions. Collaborating with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers, you'll play a key role in building customer relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business-giving you genuine variety, real customer impact, and the satisfaction of helping people achieve their dream of a new home as a Sales Advisor.

This Sales Advisor role would suit someone with proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency who brings passion for providing exceptional customer service. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a target-driven and proactive approach, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and availability to work Thursday through to Monday, 11am-6pm (the busiest times) will ensure you're ready to succeed in this Sales Advisor position.
