This is a key role within the depot, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, ensuring they receive a professional and welcoming experience and have everything they need during their visit.

Working closely with your colleagues, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including setting up meeting rooms, processing and inputting daily credit notes, and confirming their completion. You will also manage the depot's main telephone line and handle administrative emails received from internal teams across the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. A friendly, approachable manner and a proactive problem-solving attitude are essential, as you will be expected to resolve challenges and support the smooth day-to-day running of the depot.

You will enjoy working as part of a small, close-knit team of four and be able to build positive working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and contractors alike.
