Key Responsibilities
- Conduct retained and exclusive contingent searches for C-Suite level roles nationally and internationally
- Develop and manage client relationships across global consumer markets
- Execute end-to-end talent solution mandates
- Identify, approach, and engage top-tier executive talent
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to final placement
- Develop deep sector insights and talent mapping in consumer industries
- Build and maintain an extensive professional network
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retained executive search or exclusive contingent
- Proven track record of successfully placing C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, CTO etc..)
- Strong understanding of global consumer sector dynamics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced networking capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Role Details
- Location: Manchester Office
- Working Pattern: 4 days in-office per week (+ 1 day WFH).
- Scope: National and International assignments
