Hours: Full–time Monday–Friday

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team based in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project manager with a strong background in commercial interior fit–out .
You will take responsibility for managing multiple projects from pre–start through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live commercial fit–out projects simultaneously.
• Plan labour requirements and develop project programmes.
• Carry out regular site visits and attend client meetings.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator to procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Identify, prepare and price project variations.
• Support the preparation of valuations and final accounts alongside the Project Coordinator.
• Resolve day–to–day site and project issues proactively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety requirements and company standards.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience managing commercial interior fit–out projects.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs and variations.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• The confidence to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• A full UK driving licence.
