R&D Tax Manager
Top 15 Firm
Leeds / Manchester
- Lead the preparation and delivery of R&D tax claims, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and HMRC guidelines
- Manage R&D projects end-to-end, including client interviews, technical report writing, and submission of claims
- Collaborate with corporate tax, audit, and accounts teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated client solutions
- Support business development initiatives, including client pitches and identifying opportunities within existing portfolios

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing R&D tax projects and delivering claims within a professional services environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK R&D tax legislation and HMRC processes
- Ability to build and manage client relationships, with strong communication and commercial awareness
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
