We are excited to be recruiting for an EYFS Class Teacher to join two welcoming and growing nursery schools, located in Erdington and Great Barr , starting from the new academic year.

About the role:

• Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for the right candidate
• Working within a nurturing EYFS environment across either nursery site
• Opportunity to make a real impact in an up-and-coming school setting

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher who genuinely loves working with young children. You’ll be proactive, reliable, and flexible, with a positive attitude and a strong passion for early years education.

You will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching within EYFS (within the last 2 years, with references)
• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Be confident in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support learning and development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Be committed, reliable, and flexible in your approach
• Ideally be local to the area or able to travel easily
• Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable but not essential
