- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to designated business areas, building strong relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of monthly management accounts, including performance reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, clearly communicating assumptions, risks, opportunities, and key financial drivers.
- Provide meaningful financial analysis and challenge to support decision-making and improve business performance.
- Work closely with operational leaders to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability improvements.
- Apply a strong understanding of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principles, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.
- Support cash flow and working capital performance through effective financial management and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, controls, systems, and finance processes.
- Present financial information clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
