Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons
• Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualised education plans
• Monitoring student progress and maintaining detailed records
• Promoting a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant experience working with children/young people with special educational needs
• NVQ Level 3 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent qualification
