Key Responsibilities:- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualised education plans
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining detailed records
- Promoting a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Encouraging social interaction and supporting the development of life skills

- Relevant experience working with children/young people with special educational needs
- NVQ Level 3 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent qualification
