Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a Temporary Administrator on behalf of a well-established, family-run business based in Denny.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a varied role within a friendly and supportive team. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, providing administrative support across a range of business functions.

The Role

Duties will include:

• Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
• Processing invoices and raising purchase orders using Sage
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
• Updating spreadsheets and preparing business documents
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries.
• Supporting the day-to-day administration of the office
• Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office coordination.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous office administration experience?
• Has hands-on experience using Sage?
• Is confident raising and processing purchase orders?
• Possesses strong IT, communication and organisational skills.
• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy?
• Can work independently and manage their workload effectively.
• Enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team.
• Is reliable, adaptable and professional in their approach.
