We are on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity. This is your chance to lead exciting campaigns, build our clients brand, and manage the full marketing mix across two distinctly unique and impactful businesses.

You’ll also oversee a Marketing Assistant and work across internal comms, digital campaigns, brand strategy, content, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver and optimise the full marketing strategy across the business

Manage the marketing budget and use data/analytics to measure and improve performance

Lead and mentor a Marketing Assistant — oversee task planning and delivery

Own digital marketing: SEO, social, email, and content strategy

Stakeholder engagement working with external advertising partners to secure marketing opportunities and be aware of opportunities to the target market.

Run campaigns, liaise with media and advertising partners, and analyse competitors

Manage internal communications, brand consistency, and all marketing materials

Keep the websites and social channels fresh, engaging, and on-brand

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar is an advantage to the role
Proven experience in generalist marketing and communications (internal & external)
Confident project manager and multitasker
Excellent written, verbal, and digital skills
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, SEO, and data-led tools (like GoogleAnalytics)
