A person is required to operate machinery in our door and doorset manufacturing workshops.
We are a low to medium volume manufacturer of fire doors and doorsets, and require someone to work in our workshops operating machinery. Ideally the candidate would be comfortable operating the following machinery, or have experience operating some and be willing to receive training on the others. Cross and rip sawsMitre saws
Spindle moulder
Thicknesser
CNC router
Spraying equipment
Laminating equipment such as presses and laminate trimmers.
General electric hand tools such as circular saws drills etc. Also a general understanding of gluing, clamping and other joinery practices would be an advantage. Forklift operating experience also an advantage. This job advert is for a part time position, the post is also available full time if that is the applicant's preferred option.
