• Position: Specialist South Asian Chef De Partie
• Employer: Premium Indian Dining Restaurant
• Location: Enfield, London
• Gross salary package : circa £40,000 + (incl.share of serv.charge+targeted bonus)**
• Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex South Asian dishes andspecialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus.You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensuratewith job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other juniorkitchen staff, and assist in the company's impending apprenticeship scheme.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality South Asian dishes & Specialties
• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality and formulation
• Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
