Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:50-15:50
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business based in the Hethel / Wymondham area, looking for a reliable and committed Picker / Packer to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous picking and packing experience who is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with the opportunity to become permanent. What's on offer: * £12.71 per hour
* Monday to Friday working - no weekend
* 06:50-15:50 shifts
* Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person
* Overtime available once permanent
* Bonus scheme once permanent

* Dedicated Select Recruitment consultant supporting you throughout your assignment Your responsibilities: * Picking individual sweets to create Pick & Mix pouches
* Working towards a daily picking target
* Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Scanning products and ensuring orders are placed in the correct courier section
* Producing pre-packed sweet pouches
* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area
* Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures What we're looking for: * Previous picking and packing experience is required
* A reliable and committed attitude
* Someone who is eager to learn and develop within the role
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working towards daily targets
* A good team player with a positive attitude
* A full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential due to the location Apply today
