We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our Pre-Prep team at Caterham Prep.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in supporting our pupils to thrive within a school that is ambitious, nurturing and forward-thinking.
About Caterham Prep
Caterham Prep is a vibrant and supportive school where pupils are encouraged to be curious, confident and courageous learners. We place the child at the centre of everything we do, combining high expectations with a strong emphasis on wellbeing, belonging and opportunity.
Our aim is to develop independent, resilient pupils with a genuine love of learning — equipping them not just for the next stage of their education, but for life beyond.
The Role
Initially based in the Pre-Prep, you will work in close partnership with the class teacher to support high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring every pupil is supported and challenged to achieve their best.
We are looking for adaptable team players who are willing to work across the Prep School in the future, reflecting the collaborative and flexible nature of our staff team.
This role is primarily class-based, working closely alongside the class teacher to support teaching and learning within Key Stage 1.
