Priory Hospital Chelmsford Salary is £27,277 per annum Full Time – 37.5 Hours Priory Hospital Chelmsford has an opportunity for a Senior Therapy Services Administrator to join our team. Priory Hospital Chelmsford, Chelmsford, Essex is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment centre providing inpatient and outpatient services for adults and young people, including autism and ADHD assessments. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes nearby and Chelmsford railway station approximately 2–3 miles from the hospital. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended. You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here. You will provide a professional, efficient and high-quality reception service to patients, guests and staff. You will welcome and assist arrivals, manage the Therapy Reception area, and lead the wider administration team. You will also support the Therapy Services Manager by responding to and resolving patient concerns and issues, while maintaining a professional, welcoming and patient-focused environment at all times. Essential for the role The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, with strong knowledge of administration tasks and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload effectively. They will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong time management and organisational abilities, and be comfortable working under pressure. The candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with experience handling phone calls professionally, managing customer queries, and confidently signposting or redirecting enquiries where appropriate.
