- Coordinate repair schedules and appointments with contractors and tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all repair requests and completed work.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to resolve issues promptly.
- Track and monitor the progress of repairs to ensure timely completion.
- Handle any follow-up actions required after repairs are completed.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to property repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during repair processes.
- Provide updates and reports to the management team as required.
