Clinical Leader / Associate Dentist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within Bannockburn Dental Practice, Stirling, combining 2–3 days of clinical practice with dedicated time to lead, influence, and help shape the future direction of the team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on patient care while playing a central role in shaping how exceptional dentistry is delivered, how teams grow, and how the practice continues to evolve.

Role Structure

• Work 2–3 days per week clinically within the practice as an Associate Dentist • Dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to leadership responsibilities within the Practice Clinical Lead function • Combine hands-on dentistry with protected time to support team development, clinical standards, and practice performance • Flexibility to shape your contribution depending on the pathway you choose and practice requirements

• Practice Clinical Lead (PCL)

Step into a recognised leadership position focused on standards, mentoring, and patient experience.

• Partner closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance and patient outcomes • Shape clinical standards, systems, and the patient journey • Support and mentor clinicians within the practice team • Champion governance, best practice, and continuous improvement • Play a key role in decision-making and future planning

This option is suited to clinicians who enjoy leading teams, influencing standards, and helping practices perform at their best.

About You

• GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience • Confident communicator with strong leadership qualities • Passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centred care • Enjoys mentoring and developing teams • Excited by the opportunity to shape practice growth and direction
