Head of operations and client success – Required for this global, expanding TMC. They are looking for a head of operations within business travel, someone who is fantastic on sabre, ideally knows Protas looking for an amazing opportunity. Hybrid within one of their 3 office in London, Hampshire and Glasgow. Salary between 68,000 to 72,000 plus great benefits and bonus.

Head of operations and client success duties
The role is broken down into 5 parts
1/operational excellent and strategy. Overseeing a team of 50 consultants managed by 4 team leaders that report directly into you
2/Client success and service quality
3/Performance and management information
4/commercial and financial performance
5/Resource and capacity planning

Head of operations and client success skills required
–Significant hands on operations management experience within a TMC
–Strong understanding or corporate travel operations
–Super user of sabre
–Ideally knowledge of PROTAS
–Experience of leading a team based in multiple locations and homebased
–Hands on experience in coaching
–Experience in managing KPIs, SLAs etc
